Meals on Wheels (Sudbury) helps maintain independent living, and offers services to those who are unable to shopfor food or cook themselves by delivering well-balanced,delicious and affordable meals.
Hot Meal Program
Daily hot meals right to your door Monday through Friday
Meals include: Main entrée, vegetables, starch, soup, salad, bread, dessert and drink
Meals range from $7.75-$8.25 per meal
Frozen Meal Program (HMR)
Nutritious frozen meals that are flash-frozen without added preservatives. These meals can be ordered and available for pick up or delivery on a bi-weekly schedule.
Meals include: Entrée (with 2 sides), soup and dessert
Meals are $8.50 per meal
*Additional financial subsidy available to those eligible

Personalized weekly grocery shopping right to the clients' door
